Markets Now: Dow Gains 104 Points as Oil Lifts Stocks

Stocks are headed higher this morning as energy stocks gain on optimism surrounding the Opec meeting. Banks are mixed following Fed stress tests, and tariff talk isn't causing too many problems...yet.
