Hudson Technologies Files Universal Shelf Registration Statement

Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN; “Hudson” or the “Company”), today announced that it has filed a universal shelf registration statement for its securities on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

When the shelf registration is declared effective by the SEC, the Company will have the option to offer and sell, from time to time in one or more future public offerings, up to $50 million of its securities covered by the registration statement. Specific terms and share prices of any future offerings by Hudson, under this registration statement, will be established at the time of any such offering and will be described in a prospectus supplement that Hudson will file with the SEC. Hudson has no immediate plans to raise capital under the shelf registration statement.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective.
