Intexon Corp.'s (NYSE: XON) majority owned subsidiary AquaBounty Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: AQB) priced its public offering of nearly 3.7 million common shares at $3.25 per share. Shares of Intrexon climbed $1.49 to close at $14.71 while AquaBounty stock plunged $1.84 to close at $3.02.
