TheHappyPooch Releases a Health Guide for Old Dogs' Parent Owners

Thehappypooch.com, a website for dog care, health and grooming advice, has released a new eBook that specifically guides people with old pet dogs. The 45 page eBook documents all the dog care and health precautions a pet owner should take in order to keep their dog happy and comfortable in its old age.

The guide highlights the challenges that most pet owners with dogs aged 7 and above face before explaining how they could go ahead and bring comfort to them. According to the official website statement, the eBook, “Let Your Dog Age Comfortably” was written by 5 experts with a vast knowledge on dog training, health and breeding.

"This book was written after extensive research about the challenges that dogs face as they age. I personally studied more than 10 breeds of dogs aged 7 years and above for a period of three years before I called on my teams to help me with the eBook," Tim Johnson, founder of The Happy Pooch, said.

In the book, the writers details the top 10 accidents old dogs are prone to as they continue to grow old, the minor illnesses they acquire, symptoms to these diseases as well as how pet parents can handle them. In addition, the book continues to mention the cost associated with the most advanced old dog treatment and care tips. On the other hand, the authors do include details of all the procedures and diagnostic tools that are currently available to all dogs, but particularly to old dogs. Concerning the detailed nature of the book, the website’s spokesperson stated that their aim was to write the best guide for anyone who wishes to give their dog the best care possible.

“We could have written a shorter and less detailed guide, but we wanted to offer as much help to dog parents as possible. It took us couple of month to finalize the content, but at the end we hope that it will be helpful to everyone with an old dog in their homes. We shall also be making it available at major book stores,” Ms. Patel Kumar, co-founder of the website said.

Majority of the reviewer have given a thumps up to the book thanks to its simple and straightforward writing. However, the book is yet to make a mark and the website http://thehappypooch.com/ is offering it for free to let everyone know about how to take care of their old dogs. After all, medical bills for pets are increasing, and this could help dog owners with only the option of taking care of them while they still can.
